Scientific Coordination and Management

Objective

Implement the scientific, technical, and administrative management to ensure the achievement of the Charisma objectives.

Activities

WP1 tasks will work on the administrative management of the project, including communications with the EC on behalf of the project, management of project finances, and periodic reporting, as well as the scientific coordination of planned work to ensure timely generation of the expected outcomes. Scheduled tasks include project management and documentation, financial reporting, technical and risk management, as well as quality management and conflict resolution.
