ERS
European Research Services GmbH is a public-private-partnership that supports researchers in planning and managing EU-projects. ERS provides technical and administrative support, adapting project-management to the size and complexity of the specific project. ERS helps to implement risk assessment, internal monitoring and common standard procedures, safeguarding outcomes within time, budget, and EU guidelines.
Role in the Project
The Coordinator and ERS, will offer administrative support for all partners, as one joint Management Office and a helpdesk for administrative matters, including the preparation of audits. We host web-conferences, organise meetings and contribute to the organisation of the project by keeping addresses and a project-calendar, sending reminders for dates and events and organise documentation. We provide individual templates for reports and financial statements as well as training on administrative procedures and we streamline the reporting.
Such a joint office combines the benefits of local support and of professional management expertise; ERS has used this work-model already in 25 FP7 and H2020 projects, successfully.
